1. No Refunds or Returns for Goods Received in Good Condition
All sales are final once items have been delivered in good condition and match the product description provided at the time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

Items that have been received in good and working condition

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@cadobia.com with:

Photos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund (as applicable) at no cost to you.
3. Return Shipping
If a return is approved for a faulty or incorrect item, Cadobia will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Do not send back items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Exceptions
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If a product is proven defective, not as described, or fails to perform as expected under normal use, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
